Rusting on the cut part of welding has been a big disturbance not only for rationalization and economization of welding operation but also for quality control of product.
Even the cut processed surface, which is correctly and cleanly finished, is most likely to be got rust if it is left to be abandoned as for long hours; therefore, it shall be required to carry out an unnecessary processing such as rust-removing operation or reprocessing operation.
FINE SILVER W-540 is an ideal rust preventive to be applied on the cut surface to prevent from gathering rust on beveling part/surface of pipe or thick steel plate.
 

Features
Rust preventing power is maintained for 5 months outdoors and 7 months indoors.
It is possible to coat with almost all kinds of paints such as oily, phthalic acid, and phenol resin.
It is also effective as an anti-spotting agent.
It can also be used as a protective agent for automatic and semiautomatic welding torches.

Unlike other antirust oil products, painting can be done over W-540 without cleaning it before painting.

welding or painting without cleaning W-540.

How to use
When applying, remove the oil, grease, and rust on the surface.
Please shake thoroughly before using it.
The thickness of the film should be within the range of 5 ~ 20μ depending on the rusting time and surrounding conditions. (3 times for brusing, 4 times for spaying)
Please apply also extra on the metal surface next to the area to protect surely
Use a DC-5000 or thinner as a diluent when removing the coating or applying with a spray gun.
